Cancel one's reservation
cancellating a long-term contract (for dormitory) When canceling a long-term contract (either 1 week/1 month), the nights already spent will be calculated by 2500 yen per night. If there is a balance amount, it will be refunded. For example, if a guest made a month contract(30000 yen per month) and cancelled after staying 10 nights, those nights will be calculated by 2500 yen per night(total of 25000 yen) so 5000 yen will be refunded.
